Returns & Defective Products

Return Deadline & Conditions

Cancellations & Returns Due to Customer Convenience

  • We do not accept cancellations, changes, or returns due to customer convenience after the order has been confirmed, except for “wrong product” or “defective product.”
  • Returns for SALE items are not accepted under any circumstances.
  • Cancellations, changes, exchanges, or returns for pre-ordered products after order confirmation are not accepted.
  • The contract with the customer is considered complete when we send a “Order Confirmation Email.”
  • If you do not receive an “Order Confirmation Email” after placing an order, please contact us, as the contract may not be established.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Return shipping fees for defective products or incorrect item delivery will be covered by us.

Defective Products

We take utmost care when shipping orders. However, in case of “wrong product” or “defective product,” we will replace it with the same item, except for the following cases:

  • Please contact us and return the item within 7 days of receipt.
  • Please note that even for defective products, we cannot provide refunds or price reductions.
  • If a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, we will issue a refund. Refunds for credit card payments will follow the card company’s procedures.

Conditions Under Which Exchanges Are Not Accepted

  1. If we are not notified of the defect within 7 days of receipt.
  2. For SALE items.
  3. For made-to-order products.
  4. If any part of the product, including accessories, is lost due to the customer’s responsibility.
  5. If the product is soiled or damaged due to customer’s responsibility.
  6. If the product tag has been removed.
  7. If the product has been used, even once.
  8. Other cases deemed ineligible for exchange by our store, in accordance with the above conditions.
