Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") define the conditions for using the online shop ("the Service") provided by Soukei Plan Co., Ltd. ("the Company") on this website. All registered users ("Users") must comply with these Terms to use the Service.
Article 1 (Application)
- These Terms apply to all relations between the Company and the User concerning the use of the Service.
- The Company may establish additional rules ("Individual Provisions") for using the Service. These Individual Provisions, regardless of their name, are part of these Terms.

- The Company may refuse registration if:

Article 3 (User ID and Password Management)
- Users are responsible for managing their User ID and password for the Service.
- Users may not transfer, lend, or share their User ID and password with third parties.
- The Company assumes no responsibility for damages arising from third-party use of the User ID and password, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by the Company.
Article 4 (Sales Contract)
- A sales contract is established when a User places an order and the Company sends a confirmation. Ownership of the product transfers to the User upon delivery to the carrier.
- The Company may cancel the sales contract without prior notice if:
- The User violates these Terms.
- The delivery fails due to an unknown address or prolonged absence.
- The Company deems the trust relationship with the User compromised.
- Payment, shipping, cancellation, and return methods for the Service are determined separately by the Company.
Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)
Copyright and other intellectual property rights of product images and content ("Content") provided by the Service belong to the Company or legitimate right holders. Users may not reproduce, modify, or use them for secondary purposes without permission.
Article 6 (Prohibited Actions)
Users must not:
- Violate laws or public order.
- Commit criminal acts.
- Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights within the Service.
- Interfere with the Service’s servers or network.
- Use information obtained through the Service for commercial purposes.
- Interfere with the operation of the Company’s services.

Article 7 (Service Suspension)

- The Company deems service provision difficult for other reasons. The Company is not responsible for any disadvantages or damages resulting from service suspension or interruption.
Article 8 (Use Restrictions and Registration Cancellation)
The Company may restrict or cancel User registration without notice if:
- The User violates these Terms.
- False registration details are found.
- The registered credit card is suspended.
- Payment obligations are not fulfilled.
- The User does not respond to communications.
- The User has not used the Service for a specified period.
- The Company deems the use of the Service inappropriate. The Company is not responsible for damages arising from actions taken under this Article.
Article 9 (Withdrawal)
Users may withdraw from the Service following the prescribed procedure.
Article 10 (Disclaimer)
- The Company does not guarantee the absence of defects (e.g., safety, reliability, accuracy, or completeness) in the Service.
- The Company is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the Service, except in cases governed by the Consumer Contract Act.
- The Company is not responsible for transactions, communications, or disputes between Users and third parties related to the Service.
Article 11 (Changes to the Service)
The Company may change or discontinue the Service at any time without notice and is not responsible for any damages resulting from these changes.
Article 12 (Changes to the Terms)
The Company may change the Terms at any time without notice. Users who continue to use the Service after the change are considered to have agreed to the updated Terms.
Article 13 (Handling of Personal Information)
The Company appropriately handles personal information obtained through the use of the Service in accordance with the Company’s "Privacy Policy."
Article 14 (Notices and Communication)
Notices or communications between the User and the Company will be conducted according to the Company’s prescribed method. Notices sent to the registered contact address are deemed to have reached the User upon dispatch.
Article 15 (Prohibition of Assignment of Rights and Obligations)
Users may not transfer or pledge their position under the Terms or rights and obligations without prior written consent from the Company.
Article 16 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
The interpretation of these Terms is governed by Japanese law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to the Service. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court at the Company’s head office location.
